Terrence Bast is a retired electrician, machinist, and electrical designer with over 40 years of professional experience—and a survivor of traumatic brain injury (TBI). Based in Antioch, Illinois, Terrence spent decades building and repairing physical systems, but it wasn’t until a devastating injury changed his life that he began rebuilding from within. Today, he is an author, advocate, and spiritual seeker dedicated to helping others navigate the confusing and often invisible world of brain trauma.
